Serving Estero
Personal training.
Fifteen minutes from Estero.
Galaxy Fit Lab is a private personal training studio on US-41 at Wiggins Pass Road, about ten miles south of Coconut Point. For most of Estero that is a 15โ20 minute drive, which puts us closer than a lot of the gyms people in Estero already commute to, and a great deal quieter than any of them.
- Ten miles straight down 41 from Coconut Point, fifteen to twenty minutes
- Train one on one, or in a group of four at most
- The owner coaches every session: Exercise Science degree, CSCS, USAW
- Sixty-minute sessions, so the whole trip fits inside two hours
A conversation about what you want and how far you are willing to drive for it, not a sales call.

How far is it, really?
One studio, in North Naples. Here is what the trip from Estero looks like.
Why Estero residents train in North Naples
Estero has grown faster than its gyms have. The options along US-41 and Corkscrew Road are big-box chains built for volume, and the coaching inside them is whatever the trainer on shift happens to know. If you have tried that and stopped going, the problem was probably not you. It is hard to stay consistent somewhere nobody notices whether you turned up.
Galaxy Fit Lab is the opposite shape: one 2,500 square foot studio, one owner-operator with an Exercise Science degree and CSCS certification, and small groups capped at four so every set gets watched. The drive from Estero is the same fifteen minutes many residents already spend getting to Coconut Point or Miromar, but the session at the end of it is programmed for you, week by week.
Training is strength-first for adults who want to stay capable for the long run: squats, hinges, presses, pulls and carries, with conditioning and mobility built around them. Sessions are 60 minutes, so an Estero member can leave home, train, and be back inside an hour and three quarters, including the drive.
Estero neighborhoods and how far they are
Door-to-door in typical traffic. US-41 slows noticeably in season; the early slots avoid it.
Coconut Point & Estero Village
Straight down US-41, about 10 miles. Fifteen minutes most of the year, closer to twenty in season.
Pelican Landing & The Colony
Our closest Estero neighbors on the Bonita line: US-41 south from Coconut Road, roughly 8 miles and 12โ15 minutes.
The Brooks & Shadow Wood
Out to Three Oaks Parkway or Coconut Road, then 41 south. About 12 miles and 18 minutes.
West Bay Club & Williams Road
Williams Road to US-41 and south. Around 9 miles and 15 minutes, one of the easiest trips on this list.
Grandezza, Miromar Lakes & Corkscrew Road
Corkscrew Road west to US-41, or I-75 south to Bonita Beach Road. About 14 miles and 20โ25 minutes.
Bella Terra & Corkscrew Shores
The far end of Corkscrew Road: plan on 18 miles and 25โ30 minutes. A twice-a-week 1-on-1 schedule tends to suit this side of Estero best.
Two ways to train
Private 1-on-1 coaching with a degreed trainer, or small-group classes capped at four. Both include a movement assessment, monthly check-ins and nutrition guidance.
